Your Transportation Options
We offer several safe, reliable options to bring your puppy home. Select the one that works best for your family.
Option 1: Local Pickup (Recommended)
Nothing beats the experience of meeting your puppy and seeing where they were born. We warmly welcome local families to visit our home and pick up their new family member in person.

Scheduling: Pickup appointments available 7 days a week by arrangement.
What to Expect: Tour our facility (optional), meet the parents, spend time with your puppy, ask final questions
What to Bring: Approved travel carrier, leash/collar, payment for remaining balance (cash, bank transfer, or certified funds)
Puppy Kit: You'll receive your puppy's health records, food sample, blanket with mom's scent, toys, and welcome package.

Option 2: Ground Transportation
For families within driving distance (typically under 1,000 miles), we partner with licensed, insured, and experienced pet transporters who specialize in safe, comfortable ground travel.

Step 2: Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled vehicle with regular potty breaks and fresh water.
Step 3: You receive updates and photos during the journey.
Step 4: Your puppy is delivered directly to your home or a convenient meeting point.

Option 3: Flight Nanny
VIP Treatment: Personal Flight Attendant for Your Puppy: For the ultimate in personalized care, we can arrange for a professional flight nanny to accompany your puppy in the airplane cabin. This is our preferred method for air travel.
Step 1: We book a flight nanny – an experienced professional who loves animals.
Step 2: The nanny picks up your puppy from our home.
Step 3: Your puppy travels in the cabin, in an approved carrier under the seat.
Step 4: The nanny delivers your puppy directly to you at your local airport.

Cost: Typically $500–$1,200 depending on distance and airline fees. Includes nanny's flight, ground transportation, and professional fee.
Option 4: Air Cargo (Limited Availability)
Safe, Regulated Air Cargo Transport: For longer distances when a flight nanny isn't available, we may arrange shipping via airline cargo. This method is strictly regulated by the USDA and individual airlines to ensure animal safety.
Step 1: We book your puppy on an approved airline with pet cargo services
Step 2: Your puppy travels in an airline-approved, ventilated crate with food/water attachments
Step 3: The crate is placed in a climate-controlled cargo hold
Step 4: You pick up your puppy at the cargo facility of your local airport
Important Requirements:
We work exclusively with pet transport companies that:
✅ Puppy must be at least 8-10 weeks old (airline dependent)
✅ Health certificate issued within 10 days of travel
✅ Airline-approved crate purchased and conditioned in advance
✅ Temperature restrictions may apply (many airlines restrict cargo during extreme heat or cold)
Restrictions:
Some airlines have embargo periods during summer months or holidays when temperatures pose risks. We will never ship a puppy when conditions are unsafe.

Vaccination Records: Complete history of all vaccines administered.
Microchip Information: Registration details and instructions.
Pedigree Papers: AKC registration application or certificate.
Food Sample: Enough of their current food for 7-10 days (to ease transition).

Comfort Blanket: A small blanket with mom's and littermates' scent.
