When you welcome a Royal French Bulldog puppy into your home, you deserve complete peace of mind. That's why we offer one of the most comprehensive health guarantees in the breeding community. We've done everything possible to ensure your puppy starts life strong – and we're here to support you every step of the way.
Guarantee Overview:
Pre-Sale Veterinary Exam: Every puppy is examined by our licensed veterinarian, vaccinated age-appropriately, dewormed, and microchipped.
Genetic Health Guarantee: 2 Years Genetic Health Guarantee Against life-threatening congenital defects that adversely affect the health of your puppy.
Initial Health Period: You have 3 days to have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian.
Lifetime Support: We are available for advice, questions, and support for the entire life of your dog.
Detailed Health Guarantee Terms
We want you to feel completely confident in your new family member. Please review the detailed terms of our health guarantee below.Guarantee Overview:
1)- Pre-Purchase Health Clearance
✅ The puppy has received age-appropriate vaccinations
✅ The puppy has been dewormed according to our veterinary protocol
✅ The puppy has been examined by our licensed veterinarian
✅ The puppy is microchipped with registered information
✅ The puppy is free from obvious signs of illness at the time of departure
Your 72-Hour Veterinary Examination
To activate your health guarantee, you must:
2)- Your Responsibility – The First 72 Hours
Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 business days) of pickup or delivery
Have the puppy thoroughly examined
Submit the veterinary examination report to us within 5 business days
If a serious health condition is found:
Should your veterinarian identify a life-threatening congenital defect that was not disclosed prior to sale, you may:
Return the puppy for a full refund (minus shipping costs), OR
Exchange the puppy for another available puppy of equal value (if available)
This must be documented in writing by your veterinarian and submitted to Royal French Bulldog Puppies within the 5-day window.
Long-Term Protection
Royal French Bulldog Puppies offers a 2-Year Health Guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects that adversely affect the health of your puppy.
3)- Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Royal French Bulldog Puppies offers a 2-Year Health Guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects that adversely affect the health of your puppy.
Option A - Replacement Puppy: We will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter, subject to availability. (Shipping costs not included.)
Option B - Refund: We will refund 100% of the original purchase price upon return of the affected puppy to Royal French Bulldog Puppies.
Important Conditions:
Two separate veterinary opinions (one from your veterinarian and one from a veterinarian of our choosing) must confirm the diagnosis.
We reserve the right to request a necropsy (autopsy) at our expense in the event of death.
The puppy must not have been bred, as breeding can exacerbate or cause health issues
4)- What Is NOT Covered
Please understand that our health guarantee does NOT cover:
Common Ailments: Colds, diarrhea, parasites, coccidia, giardia, mites, or other common puppy issues that are easily treatable.
Minor Conditions: Umbilical hernias, inverted eyelids, undescended testicles, minor bites, or other correctable conditions.
Injuries: Any injury or illness caused by accident, neglect, improper care, or environmental factors.
Improper Nutrition: Health issues resulting from improper feeding, diet, or nutrition
Hip & Elbow Dysplasia: Minor to moderate dysplasia that does not severely impact quality of life (severe, crippling dysplasia may be considered).
Kennel Cough: A common, treatable respiratory infection that can be contracted during travel.
Breeding-Related Issues: Any health issues resulting from or exacerbated by breeding.
Cosmetic Conditions: Undershot bites, missing teeth, or other cosmetic features common in the breed.
How to File a Health Guarantee Claim
If you believe your puppy has a condition covered by this health guarantee, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us immediately at info@royalfrenchbulldogpuppies.com
Step 2: Provide your puppy's name, date of birth, and microchip number
Step 3: Submit a written veterinary diagnosis, including examination notes and test results.
Step 4: Allow us to consult with our veterinarian (we may request additional testing at our expense
Step 5: We will respond with a determination within 7-10 business days.
